Just want to ask the Europeans (mainly) a question..
Apparently mainland Europeans use it quite a lot in cooking.
I am not vegetarian, I was for nearly two years but due to a health problem, I couldn’t continue.
Anyway, I am interested in cooking rabbit as it as a top quality meat and a healthier option that other meats.
I basically just want some ideas of recipes and possible tips on cooking the meat maybe from you guys.. is there types of rabbit?, like rarebit?
