Any help is Appreciated
People who have followed me for a while will be aware that I usually do a lot of cardio paired with strength exercises. I am soon to start weight-lifting and doing weight-based exercises at the gym. I would really appreciate any help and tips and help that you can give me in any way.
Whether your tips be on form, start weights, rep counts or exercises for specific body parts.
