Been eating dark chocolate and nuts more really lately to keep my calories up. Feel like I ate loads today: quite a lot was snacks.
Weighed myself this morning. Have officially gained back the five pounds I’d lost. Confused as to what to think. I’ve lost fat- nearly 9%, I’ve lost inches, I’ve gained so many miles, I’ve gained better positive body thoughts, I’ve gained lots of health.
I’m trying so hard to stay positive. But the way my family sees it: I ate so so much better, I run regularly, I work out regularly and yet nothing ha changed. The way they see it, if I hadn’t started taking nutrition seriously or started running or working out then i’d still be here, weighing this, right now.
So no matter how positive I am about what I can do and how I have improved myself, they are just looking at my weight and like ‘you are the same’
But I’m not.
Don’t know what to say or do anymore :/
